Job Title: Production Planner

Main Purpose of Job & Accountability:
This role is a key position within the business, liaising with several departments to implement the production plan and to achieve customer requirements on time and in full.
Principal Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Specific Areas of Responsibility include:
- Create and manage the production schedule
- Compile and report on previous 24 hour schedule adherence
- Compile schedule for next 36-48 hours and beyond.
- Issue the daily schedule to internal stake holders
- Mirror schedule to reflect real time hours in production hall by adding and updating shift pattens.
- Attend the morning T1 and T2 production meetings.
- Advise lead times based on schedule and order book.
- Protect OTIF with accurate lead times.
- Manage escalation process.
The post holder will work a 39-hour week minimum as set out in their contract of employment. Additional hours may be required dependent on the needs of the business.
