Construction Site Manager – Athlone
Fittra Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead construction projects in Athlone. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a growing team delivering high-quality commercial and residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates to management.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently while maintaining productivity.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Valid Safe Pass; additional site management certifications are an advantage.
- Full clean driving licence preferred.
