Due to our expanding premises and continued business growth, Edgar Textiles is looking for an organised and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team.
Location: Lough Egish, Co. Monaghan
Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time Permanent
As a growing supplier of fabrics, foam, cushions, and upholstery accessories, we are seeking a motivated individual to support our busy office operations and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders and preparing quotations.
- Pricing products and generating invoices.
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Taking payments and processing transactions.
- Monitoring customer accounts and carrying out payment control.
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
- Assisting with general office administration duties.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Experience with invoicing, accounts, or payment control would be an advantage.
