Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 DOE
The Role
As Centre Manager, you will lead and manage a residential service in line with HIQA/MHC regulations, delivering person-centered, high-quality support. You'll oversee care planning, team management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for Residents and Service users.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of the centre, including Rosters, Centre Budgets & daily/weekly Compliance checklists
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards (HIQA/MHC)
Supervise and support staff, including clinical and administrative teams
Coordinate personalised care plans and service delivery
Liaise with families, advocates, and external agencies
Maintain high standards in health, safety, infection control, and GDPR compliance
Report to the Regional Manager and work within the wider operational structure

Essential Requirements
We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and professional Social Care Workers who are committed to delivering high-quality residential care.
The ideal candidate will have:
A recognised Level 7/8 Degree in Social Studies or similar, with a healthcare management qualification
CORU Registration or proof of active CORU application
Or evidence of enrolment or currently studying a CORU recognised qualification in Social Care at QQI Level 7
Minimum 1 years' previous experience in a similar managerial role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to plan, document, and report effectively
Confidence in using IT systems for record keeping and care documentation
A strong understanding of best practice in residential care and of individuals' rights and protection
Legal right to work in Ireland and successful Garda Vetting
A professional approach grounded in respect, empathy, flexibility, and initiative
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proven experience working with individuals with complex support needs
Full clean driver's licence required
