We are seeking a Trainee production supervisor To Support our current Team.
Full Training will be provided to support the Trainee in their new Career path.
The core Requirements of the Role are :
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and Monitoring schedules
- Overseeing and coaching employees
- Completing production plans by scheduling personnel, establishing priorities and reporting the results of process flow to upper management
- Calling for repairs if the operation of equipment becomes faulty or unreliable
- Maintaining
- Maintaining organizational standards for safety and production processes
- Supervising staff to produce manufactured products, and organizing and monitoring workflow
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
- Evaluating and testing all manufactured products

Pay: €17.00-€20.00 per hour
