Little Stars Ballyshannon is a warm, welcoming and growing Preschool and Afterschool Service dedicated to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Manager to lead our small setting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their leadership journey within a supportive and nurturing environment.
About the Role
- Full-time position – 40 hours per week
- Working hours from 8:00am
- Term-time only
- Based in Ballyshannon, Co. Kildare
- Competitive salary offered, dependent on qualifications and experience
- Unfortunately we are not in a position to provide sponsorship for visas
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a relevant qualification that meets the requirements for an Early Years Manager in Ireland.
- Have previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Be passionate about providing high-quality early learning and school-age childcare.
- Be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Enjoy leading and supporting a small team.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Be committed to continuous professional development.
