Level 2 Swim Teacher (Part-Time)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Level 2 Swim Teacher to take ownership of our busy swim academy at Roganstown Hotel & Country Club.
Position Details
- Rate of Pay : Competitive
- Working Days: Monday to Thursday (Part-time)
- Lessons are delivered in 30-minute sessions to small groups of children aged 5 years and above.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children of varying abilities.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the swim academy.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, representing Roganstown Hotel & Country Club to the highest standard.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Work independently, as you will be the sole swim teacher on poolside during your scheduled hours.
Essential Requirements
- Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification.
- Current First Aid qualification.
- Certified Lifeguard Qualification
- Kind, confident, reliable, and professional.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage classes effectively.
Additional Opportunity
Outside of your scheduled academy hours, you will have the opportunity to offer your own private swimming lessons at the facility.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €18.00-€21.00 per hour
