Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator or Montessori Teacher to join our team in Rathgar. The candidate will be in a class alongside other teachers and will have input into the day to day running of the class. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to use their own initiative and will be responsible for planning and implementing a curriculum that meets the needs of the children in their care. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2 to 4 years old.
- Plan and implement a curriculum that is responsive to the interests and developmental needs of the children.
- Engage with children in a positive and supportive manner, fostering their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the program.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 7 in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Teaching, recognized by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration, and Youth (DCEDIY) in Ireland.
- Experience: Previous experience working in childcare, particularly with the 2 to 4-year-old age group.
- Skills: Strong understanding of early childhood development, curriculum planning, and the ability to engage children in meaningful activities.
- Language: Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Compliance: Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting and International Police Vetting as required.
