Brendan Harrison Building Contractor Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our team in Kilkelly.
This is a full-time office-based position where you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy construction business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming phone calls and emails.
- Logging customer requests and service enquiries.
- Maintaining and updating company systems and databases.
- General office administration and document management.
- Preparing reports, letters and other business documentation.
- Assisting with scheduling works and coordinating appointments.
- Liaising professionally with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Supporting management with a range of administrative tasks.
- Assisting with invoicing and other office duties as required.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent computer literacy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in an office administration role is desireable but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers and suppliers over the telephone.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work on your own initiative.
- Friendly, professional and positive attitude.
- Full clean driving licence is desirable.
