Dentistry.ie is an expanding, multi-site dental group across Dublin and Leinster. Continued growth and rising demand for advanced surgical procedures mean our internal referral volume now exceeds our current surgical capacity — so we’re looking for an experienced implant and oral surgery clinician to join the group.
The Numbers First
- 50% of gross remuneration
- Realistic earnings of €300,000+ per annum on a part-time basis, based on current referral volumes
- Established, warm internal referral base — our general dentists refer directly to you, so your chair is full from day one
- You choose your base: work from 2–3 of our five clinics in Artane, Sundrive (Crumlin), Castleknock, Maynooth, and Kildare town — most candidates will find a convenient cluster within easy reach of home
- Flexible days to suit your schedule
The Clinical Work
- Placement and restoration of dental implants, including full arch and complex cases
- Advanced oral surgery: surgical extractions, impacted teeth, bone grafting, sinus lifts
- Treatment planning autonomy — you decide what’s right for the patient

- Dedicated, experienced surgical nursing support
- Treatment coordinators who handle patient journeys, scheduling, and admin, so your time is spent on clinical work
- Option to take on a mentoring role within the group for those interested in education and leadership
You’ll Need
- Irish Dental Council registration
- A recognised postgraduate qualification in Oral Surgery or Implant Dentistry
- Proven experience placing and restoring implants independently
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
