ROQ Commercial Contracting Ltd. is looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join our utilities team on a project in Celbridge.
This is a utilities role requiring precision, experience and a strong understanding of working safely around existing services.
We're looking for an operator who can work accurately to levels and instructions, understands the importance of controlled excavation and takes pride in producing quality work.
The role will involve:
- Operating 360 excavators on utility infrastructure works
- Accurate trench excavation to required lines and levels
- Working around existing underground services
- Loading, moving and placing materials
- Working closely with groundworkers and the site engineering team
- Maintaining safe working distances from services and other site activities
- Carrying out daily plant checks and maintaining good housekeeping
We are looking for:
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators
- Strong experience on utilities/infrastructure projects
- Excellent machine control and accuracy
- Experience working around existing underground services
- Ability to work to levels and follow engineer's instructions
- CSCS certification
- Safe Pass
- Manual Handling
- Strong commitment to safe working practices
- Reliable, professional and able to work as part of a team
