We are looking for an experienced Kitchen assistant who loves food, takes pride in their work and will work with us to create and cook exceptional fast casual food. This job would be a great chance to upskill and work directly with our experienced head chef.
The Ideal candidate:
- Can assist the chef with all requirements in a small kitchen.
- Is happy to cook a range of fast-casual food to perfection grilling burgers, frying food and getting food ready to go on the pass.
- Plating food at direction of the head chef.
- Responsible for kitchen prep including sauces.
- Assisting the head chef in any way necessary.
- Responsible for keeping an organised, clean kitchen.
- Calm under pressure and able to handle busy surges.
- Passionate about food and happy to help develop our brand.
- Reliable, punctual and happy to give it their all.
