The Role
You’ll work with a varied, engaging caseload, including:
- Professional and recreational athletes
- Complex post-surgical rehab cases
- Active, motivated MSK patients who want to return to high performance
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based MSK care
- Designing long-term, data-backed rehabilitation pathways
- Using objective testing (VALD tech) to guide and progress rehab
- Collaborating with our network of leading hospitals, consultants, and sports organisations
- Contributing to a team-based culture of shared problem-solving and continuous improvement
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified:
- BSc in Physiotherapy
- Active CORU Registration (essential)
- Ambitious & Growth-Oriented:
- Keen to develop skills in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced S&C
- Motivated to build a long-term career, not just a job
- Great Communicator:
- Able to build strong rapport and trust with patients
- Confident educating patients and guiding them through longer-term rehab plans
- Experience:
- Ideally 1–2 years in MSK / private practice
- We will consider exceptional new graduates who demonstrate high potential, strong reasoning, and a genuine passion for MSK & sports
