We are delighted to be opening a brand new healthfood store in Kells, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our new venture.

Customer experience will be at the heart of everything we do so we're looking for someone who is passionate about retail, enjoys leading by example, thrives in a busy environment, and is committed to creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Welcome and assist customers, offering expert advice on health foods, supplements, and product selection.
- Manage stock control, merchandising, and inventory.
- Process cash and card payments accurately.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and refunds professionally.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked at all times.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of any future team members.
- Drive store performance while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
