This is a varied role combining customer service, retail sales and hands-on technical work. You'll help customers choose the right products while also assembling, servicing and repairing bicycles, e-bikes and e-scooters. What we're looking for
- Previous experience in bicycle, e-bike or e-scooter repairs is an advantage but not essential.
- Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Friendly and professional approach to customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Full driving licence is an advantage.
Key responsibilities include:
The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following:
- Assisting customers with the selection and purchase of electric bikes, e-scooters and sports equipment
- Providing product advice and explaining technical features to customers
- Assembly, servicing and repair of bicycles, e-bikes and electric scooters.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, including motors and batteries.
- Performing routine maintenance, safety inspections and pre-delivery checks.
- Installation, adjustment and replacement of mechanical and electrical components.
- Maintaining accurate service records and ensuring workshop cleanliness and organisation.
- Complying with health and safety regulations and performing any other duties reasonably required by the Employer.
- Operating the POS system, handling payments and issuing receipts
- Ensuring a clean, safe and organised retail environment
Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
