Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:
- Hours per week: 45 hours

To prepare all ingredients for service for allocated section to the required standard, ensuring no wastage

To cook food to the required specifications

To have joint responsibility with the Head Chef for the operation

To train and develop kitchen personnel, to the required standards of The Kildare Hotel & Country Club
-
To ensure the smooth running of food service with Restaurant personnel
-
To ensure effective communication with all departments within the Resort
-
To ensure all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications
-
To promote a positive working atmosphere at all times

Must be able to work well on their own initiative and to work in a team environment

Experience in a similar role in a 5* environment

A strong leader with great communication skills

HACCP Level 3 is an advantage
