This role is available on both Part Time or Full Time basis
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our hotel situated in the scenic lakeside town of Killaloe, Co. Clare. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will take ownership of your designated section, helping to deliver an exceptional dining experience that reflects the finest local and seasonal Irish produce. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary career in a supportive and creative kitchen environment
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Preparing meat and fish dishes.
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
- Assisting with management and maintaining of HACCP standards throughout kitchen.
**You must have a valid permit to work in Ireland.**
