Ronan Sheridan Plant Hire operate in the fields of both commercial and residential construction and have the equipment and resources for jobs of any size ranging from small one off housing to larger developments and industrial units.
We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer to join our team , this may suit someone who has finished college or with min 2 years experience.
Roles & Responsibilies
- Supporting the Site and team on a day-to-day basis
- Some Site Engineering experience preferred
- Ensuring that work is done safely, on time and to the ensure right quality standards
- Reviewing Materials Orders and Control, ensuring progress and carrying out safety checks
- Ability to deal with any day to day issues that could delay the project
- Liaising closely with the Engineer/Managing Director at all times
- Liaising closely with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners
- Ensuring all work completed compiles with health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements
- Updating and reporting back regularly on progress
Ideal Candidate
- 2yrs+ experience as a site engineer or engineering experience
- CAD Proficient
- Engineering/Trade background would be highly beneficial
- Keen eye for detail and quality ensure project runs on time at a high quality
- Good Health & Safety experience
