We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on projects throughout Dublin.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and report on commercial and cost reporting aspects of allocated projects and portfolio of works.
- Support the programme and project teams to ensure full compliance with contract and corporate governance rules.
- Lead on commercial review and valuation of contractor applications for payment in accordance with contractual terms and conditions and contractual entitlement.
- Provide proactive advice and guidance on all change including proposed scope changes.
- Produce appropriate commercial correspondence and contractual notices for issue in accordance with contractual conditions.
- Contract administration of industry standard and bespoke forms of contract.
- Ensure that commercial records are retained and archived properly.
- Manage the final account settlements.
- Support in the pre-contract procurement of suppliers/main contractors and consultants for projects and programmes.
Experience Required
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- A third level qualification in a construction capacity.
- Good commercial acumen.
