Night Duty Supervisor (Male)
We are currently recruiting a Night Duty Supervisor to support the safe and smooth running of an IPAS Centre during overnight hours. This is a responsible role working with a vulnerable population in a calm, structured environment.
Hours:
- 11:00pm – 7:00am
- 15–30 hours per week
- Full availability required, including weekdays and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the centre overnight and covering reception duties
- Carrying out frequent rounds of the property to ensure safety and order
- Enforcing property rules where applicable
- Responding to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively
- Liaising with emergency services when required
- Completing basic administrative tasks and reports
- Using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email) confidently
- Undertaking basic cleaning of reception and kitchen areas as needed
- Working alongside on-site security staff
- Remaining vigilant at all times (no use of personal devices during shifts)
Requirements:
- Male applicants only (due to operational and resident safety requirements)
- Strong English and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work confidently with a vulnerable population
- Proven de-escalation skills and sound judgement under pressure
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Reliable, observant, and able to remain calm in emergencies

- Centre Manager and Duty Manager
