Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience cashing up and locking up of the premises.
Drive and enthusiasm to deliver high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
A passion for food, Irish Whiskey, premium gins, and cocktails.
Experience working under pressure.
Flexibility to work mornings and weekends.
Fluent English.
Reference essential.
Must have worked in Ireland before.
