We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Our Lady’s Manor for a full-time position of 39 hours per week. Responsibilities:
- Enhance our residents' quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care.
- Assist residents with daily tasks, including personal care and activities of daily living.
- Support social interactions and foster a warm, welcoming community environment.
- Maintain a kind, empathetic and trustworthy approach to all resident interactions.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have completed the QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support qualification.
- Candidates must possess a valid and current work visa that allows them to work full-time in Ireland.
- Excellent interpersonal and English language skills (written and verbal) are essential.
- Successful applicants must complete Garda Vetting and provide two valid, contactable references.
- Must be available to attend all required induction and mandatory in-service training.
