About Dronivka
Dronivka Limited is an Irish advisory and training company based in Dublin, specialised in drone and counter-drone security. We train drone and counter-drone operators, audit the drone vulnerability of sensitive sites and provide independent technical advice to manufacturers and investors. Our expertise comes from continuous field work alongside drone operators and engineers since 2022.
The role
You will second our Director in the day-to-day administration of a company whose operations now span the whole of Europe. The core of the role is travel management and contract management: our trainers and engineers deploy on missions across several countries, and every mission rests on solid logistics and clean paperwork. You will keep both running.
Responsibilities
- Organise and manage travel across Europe for our teams: bookings, itineraries, accommodation and expense follow-up
- Manage the contract lifecycle: preparation of documents, electronic signature circuits, filing, deadline and renewal tracking
- Process expenses and supplier invoices and prepare supporting documents for our accountant
- Run the Blackrock office: supplies, scheduling, correspondence and practical support to the team
- Assist the Director on ad hoc administrative and compliance tasks
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in an administrative, office management or executive assistant role
- Exceptional organisation and the ability to juggle several missions in several countries at once
- Excellent written and spoken English; French is an advantage
- Absolute discretion: we work in a confidential sector
- Comfort with standard office tools and online administration platforms
What we offer
A varied role at the centre of a growing international company, direct daily work with the Director, genuine autonomy once trained and the opportunity to grow with the structure as the Irish team expands.

Send a CV and a short cover note describing a complex logistical or administrative situation you handled. Interviews are held at our Blackrock office.
