Junior HVAC Technician (Full Training Provided – No Experience Needed)

We are looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our growing HVAC team working in pharmaceutical facilities across Cork (Ringaskiddy, Carrigtwohill & Little Island).
This is an entry-level role – no previous experience or qualifications required. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to build a long-term career.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work as part of a mobile team visiting pharma sites, learning how to:
- Test and maintain air systems in cleanroom environments
- Carry out inspections and basic maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Assist with airflow testing, filter changes, and system checks
- Learn how to use specialised testing equipment
- Support senior technicians on projects across Cork
No experience? No problem — you’ll be trained step by step.

Requirements
- Full driving licence (or close to getting one)
- Willing to travel daily to sites around Cork
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
