- Fiat Professional Franchise: We are currently launching a brand-new commercial van franchise. This massive expansion will attract steady, practical B2B and fleet customers who need reliable workhorses for their businesses.
The Role: Sales Controller
We are growing fast and we are looking for an experienced motor trade professional—preferably with a B2B, commercial, or agricultural sales background—who wants to step away from the micromanaged corporate retail grind.
As our Sales Controller, you will have full autonomy and control over the department and will report directly to the business owner. Your primary mission is to take over the daily sales tasks, handle incoming traffic, and offload the owner's existing volume so the business can scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Take full control of the sales funnel—handling incoming inquiries, generating new B2B leads, and closing deals across all three product lines.
- Operations & Flow: Coordinate the movement of purchased vehicles and trailers from the moment they arrive to the day they are delivered.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Oversee the prep pipeline, working directly with our internal valet and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
- Digital Presentation: Ensure all stock is accurately, professionally, and promptly advertised online to maintain rapid stock turn.
- Compliance: Manage the handover paperwork meticulously to guarantee a smooth, professional, and efficient customer experience.
