We are on the look out for some dynamic new members of staff to join the team. If you are serious about customer service and passionate about all things food and beverage, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering friendly, professional service to every guest
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently
- Upselling to maximize profits
- Serving dishes with care and pride
- Handling payments and using the till system
- Keeping the dining area clean, organised, and welcoming
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Creating a memorable experience for locals and visitors alike
- Understanding all the elements of the food and drink offerings, including allergens
- Assisting with general maintenance of equipment
- Attending training sessions when requested
There will be a mixture of full time and part time roles to fill.
