Requirements:
- Educational qualification in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Creative thinker with the ability to produce compelling, audience‑focused content.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and generate insights, with the knowledge of AI tools to enhance visibility.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- · Experience using graphic design platforms to create visual content.
- · Team‑oriented and highly collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop digital marketing strategies to strengthen Tusker’s presence across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Create engaging, audience‑focused content that highlights Tusker’s divisions, services, and brand identity.
- Implement targeted social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
- Monitor social channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Analyse social media metrics using analytics tools to evaluate performance and make data‑driven improvements.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance digital engagement.
Marketing Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and events.
- Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Write and edit marketing copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Lead the events and sponsorship strategy, including planning, logistics, promotion, and on‑site coordination.
- Plan and attend relevant events, expos, and sponsorship activities.
- Cultivate relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
Digital Design & Content Creation
- Create high‑quality visual content including social media graphics, brochures, posters, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Support website content updates, landing page visuals, and digital design improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
