Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out windscreen repairs and full replacements.
- Working on a variety of passenger and commercial vehicles.
- Ensuring all works are completed to a high-quality and safety standard.
- Providing excellent customer service on every job.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in windscreen repair and replacement.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain the high levels of customer service our business is known for.
- Physical Requirements: The role involves manual handling and working in physically active environments. Candidates must be able to handle components safely and with a high level of care and precision, while maintaining consistent performance.
