KM Lynskey are seeking to recruit a full time Office Administrator join our team in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11, in a permanent role.
The successful candidate will have had prior experience in an office administration role within a construction company or similar environment, ideally 4 years or more.
Typical Office Administrator Job Duties:
- To provide administrative support to directors, departments, and site-based management teams.
- Management of the fixed asset register for IT and vehicles tagging and recording on central system.
- Co-ordination of Irish based vehicles for maintenance.
- Provide support to staff with regards to computer systems and IT hardware - ensuring onboarding staff are setup, etc.
- Ensure effective document control and that construction records are compiled and maintained in good time, including working on safety files and BCAR submissions
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Supported company training and compliance requirements by coordinating training schedules, liaising with internal teams and external providers, and maintaining accurate training records and systems.
- Booking travel arrangements and accommodation as required for those attending European site meetings.
- Scheduling Office maintenance, general upkeep and cleaning
- Supporting HR with social initiatives.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Office experience within a construction / engineering environment
- Self-motivated and track record in acting on own initiative
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of document management systems and relevant IT systems – experience of filing drawings and technical documentation preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively
- Strong on standard IT packages such as word, excel, powerpoint
- Ability to liaise effectively with different areas within the organisation – project teams, accounts, HR and so on.
Education & Experience
- Four years’ experience in similar role - construction industry experience or comparable environment is preferred
It is necessary that applicants already have authorisation to work in Ireland. A full driving licence is also required.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
