- Helping Head Chef in Kitchen
- Producing high quality meals from fresh and local ingredients using spices, ethnic Indian taste.
- Developing dishes, ensuring variety and quality meals from fresh and local ingredients.
- Developing starter meals and desserts.
- Running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills.
- Improving the existing menus etc
- Maintaining high level of health and safety standards.
- Helping in stocking and ordering.
- Communication skills with Asian/Irish customers.
- Work on own and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer handing skills, be organised and good communication, stock procedures, engage with customers, building excellent and friendly relationship with them to understand their needs.
- Notify your manager of any un-usual activity.
- Conform to acceptable standards of dress and decorum, bearing in mind the effect of the image which may be presented to customers, colleagues, and associates.
Employee will be working in Indian restaurant/Take Away at Shri Sai Food Limited T/A Curry and Craic at 4-Old Cabra Road, Dublin-7. Mob. 0863100225, Working hours will be 39 per week and Wages will be payable €706 per week.
Pay: €36,712.00 per year
