We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our project team in Longford.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all engineering activities on site
Ensure construction works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, programmes, and quality standards
Liaise with project managers, design consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues
Carry out setting out, surveying, and quality inspections
Maintain accurate site records and project documentation using Procore or similar software
Promote compliance with Health & Safety regulations, ISO standards, and company procedures
Review construction drawings and technical documentation
Provide guidance and support to junior engineers when required
Assist with project completion, snagging, and handover documentation
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer role, preferably with a main contractor
Strong knowledge of setting out, surveying, and temporary works
Good understanding of Irish construction methods, regulations, and Health & Safety requirements
Excellent communication, organisational, and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software
Full clean driving licence
Pay: €44,349.70-€73,882.23 per year
