We are seeking an experienced Industrial Manager to lead and oversee our industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production processes, optimizing resources, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and supporting business growth through sales and service upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage industrial operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to maximize performance and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Implement quality control measures and uphold safety protocols across all operations.
- Optimize the use of materials, equipment, and energy to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to align production with business goals.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to upsell services and promote additional solutions to clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, promote innovation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Manager or in a similar industrial/production leadership role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Experience in sales or client-facing roles, with the ability to upsell services effectively.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Experience in resource optimisation, budgeting, and operational planning.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to implement effective solutions.
- Ability to analyse KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvements.
