CNC Operator , responsible for the high quality machined aluminium and industrial plastic parts ( delrin acetal etc). The role require the hands-on operation of production equipment along with process monitoring to ensure ITS manufactures the best possible product for our customers. We're looking for talented individual who:
- Operate equipment and machinery in the production area
- Have the ability to problem-solve production and process issues
- Ensure exacting specifications are met in production
- Respond quickly to changing process requirements
- Have flexibility, cause & effect understanding
- Have high levels of attention to detail and knowledge retention
- Minimum FETAC Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering or technical discipline

Qualifications Knowledge Skills
· Minimum 4 years’ CNC turning experience (setting and operating)
· Possess the ability to observe and correct minute inconsistencies.
· Have ability to multi-task across a range of mechanical equipment. Minimum FETAC Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
· Demonstrated ability to problem solve and show initiative in resolving machining issues.
· Proven experience in CNC programming (lathes or mill-turn machines)
· Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, working to tight tolerances in a manufacturing environment.
· Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
