Role Overview
- Position: Office Administrator
- Location: Waterford City
- Job Type: Full-time (Flexible start/finish times available)
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service: Act as the first point of contact, handling telephone inquiries, email correspondence, and taxpayer queries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Office Coordination: Provide daily administrative support, maintain filing systems, manage calendars, and schedule enforcement appointments.
- Database Management: Keep case logs and personnel records updated.
Requirements
- Experience: Experience in a similar role or prior clerical or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided. May suit a school leaver.
- Tech Skills: Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel and Outlook would be advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Good multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well with both clients and colleagues.
