Homesavers are recruiting for Store Manager and Team Leaders to join our team in Homesavers Dungarvan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support the store team by setting clear expectations. Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Manage roster, attendance, and payroll processes efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times while maintaining store standards and safety.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate order placement requirements.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Drive performance and achieve store targets.
- Monitor performance and take action to improve results
- Manage daily operations including opening/closing of store and cash handling
- Oversee stock control, deliveries, and stockroom organization
- Ensure company procedures and policies are followed
- Conduct regular checks on pricing, inventory, stock accuracy, and loss prevention.
- Maintain a safe and secure store environment
- Communicate effectively with head office and higher management

- Strong leadership and people skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Communicates clearly and confidently with team members and management.
- Manages time, tasks, and store operations in an organized and reliable way.
- Ability to drive sales and meet store targets
- Basic Excel Knowledge
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment is desirable but not essential.
