Hennessy Hair & Beauty Ltd are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Beauty Sales Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be promoting and selling professional beauty products to salons, spas, beauty clinics, and beauty professionals.
They will be responsible for building strong client relationships, growing sales within their territory, and representing the Hennessy brand with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with salon owners, beauty professionals and customers.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territories.
- Present beauty products to prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Process orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the hair, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Pay: €33,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
