First Year/Second Year Apprentice Vacancy
At O' Connor Woodwork Solutions we are looking for a motivated apprentice Carpenter or Cabinet Maker to join our team.
- This role is open to candidates who want to start an apprenticeship (year 1) and to current year 2 apprentices.
- Travel to sites outside Cork will be an integral part of this role. Applicants must have their own transport.
- Successful applicants will be registered with SOLAS on a 7 phase carpentry apprenticeship where they will work alongside highly experienced qualified carpenters during their on-the-job phases.
- Training will be provided on all aspects of finish carpentry and on a wide range of woodwork machinery.
- On completion of a four year apprenticeship, you will become a fully qualified carpenter & joiner with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft.
O’ Connor Woodwork Solutions is a family run, fourth generation carpentry and joinery company. We specialize in the design and manufacture of joinery for commercial fit outs. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of projects such as hotels, schools and office fit outs.

Pay: €7.66-€20.70 per hour
