We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our warehouse team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
Full training will be provided on our warehouse systems and processes, with opportunities for ongoing development, including forklift certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and safely store incoming deliveries.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Process goods in and goods out in line with company procedures.
- Maintain designated quarantine and inspection areas.
- Ensure stock is stored safely, securely and efficiently.
- Operate ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Use barcode scanners and handheld devices to accurately record stock movements.
- Carry out regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies.
- Prepare and dispatch customer orders using approved courier and freight services.
- Liaise professionally with delivery drivers and transport providers.
- Follow all company policies, Health & Safety procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Forklift licence or willingness to undertake training.
