Role Overview
This is a dynamic, field-based role combining business development, promotional activity, and community engagement. You will deliver hearing screenings, build referral partnerships, and drive measurable growth through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mobile hearing screenings across pharmacy, retail, and healthcare locations
- Generate qualified leads and secure assessment bookings
- Identify and onboard new referral partners (GPs, pharmacies, clinics)
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships
- Represent Blackberry Hearing at events and community engagements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Key Performance Indicators
- Qualified leads generated
- Conversion rate ≥45%
- Activity and screening targets achieved
- New partner acquisition
- CRM accuracy and reporting compliance
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or promotions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and digital tools
- Comfortable with outreach, events, and public engagement
- Healthcare experience desirable
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Relevant qualification (desirable)
