We are currently recruiting for the role of Christmas Coordinator to join the Meeting & Events Sales Team here at the Limerick Strand Hotel.
Main Duties of the role:
· Assist the Meeting & Events Sales Manager on the coordination of all Christmas related bookings to include, but not limited to:
a. Restaurant bookings over the Christmas period
b. Christmas Day Lunch bookings
c. Christmas Eve bookings
d. New Years Eve & Day bookings
e. Christmas Party bookings.
· Administration assistance and reporting for the Meeting & Events Sales Manager
· Ensuring all collateral is correct for each event.
· Assist with the creation of seating plan for above events.
· Contacting clients to reconfirm bookings.
· Processing all client details & booking onto Opera System
· Processing of deposits
· Dealing with enquiries / follow ups and confirming bookings
· To have full knowledge of all departments opening and closing times
· To have full knowledge of all menus and food and beverage services
· Work closely with Food & Beverage Manager with f/b offerings & design collateral to support it & communicate information with hotel departments.
· Assist the Meeting & Events Team at Christmas Party nights, which will involve evening work on a few dates in December.
· Processing all client details & inputting Restaurant bookings into Resdiary.
