CCRM Structures is hiring General Operatives to join our production team at our factory in Cappoquin, Co. Waterford. We manufacture lightweight building products including cills, canopies, mouldings , etc, for the construction industry.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a Monday to Friday day shift and no weekend work. If you're reliable, hands-on and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Manufacturing, assembling and finishing our products
- Quality checking and packing finished goods
- Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised (3S)
- Handling materials and helping with general factory duties
- Getting involved in continuous improvement; your ideas count
What we're looking for:
- A reliable, punctual team player
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Willing to learn (we provide full training)
- Previous factory, production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is a bonus but not essential
What you'll get:
- €15.00 per hour
- Full-time, permanent contract; job security with a growing company
- Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 15:30
