Key Responsibilities:
● Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
● Provide excellent product knowledge and styling advice.
● Process sales accurately over the phone.
● Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the shop is clean and well-presented.
● Replenish stock and organise merchandise.
● Assist with deliveries and stock management.
● Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
