Junior Electrical Project Coordinator

TDE Group is a growing electrical contractor working across commercial fit-outs, schools, and industrial projects. Due to increased workload, we’re looking to bring someone into the office to support project delivery and estimating
This role would suit someone with some construction experience who wants to build a long-term career in electrical contracting and move into estimating/project management.
Responsibilities
- Preparing quotations and assisting with estimating
- Reading drawings and carrying out quantity take-offs
- Procuring materials and obtaining supplier quotations
- Preparing RAMS, O&M manuals, test packs and handover documentation
- Coordinating project paperwork to ensure jobs stay on track
- Monitoring project progress, programmes and outstanding actions
- Liaising with site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients
- Assisting with purchasing and tracking deliveries
- Supporting invoicing, variations and project cost tracking
- Taking ownership of administrative and coordination tasks to reduce the workload of the Project Managers and Directors
- Helping ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with all required documentation completed
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years' experience in construction (electrical experience is an advantage)
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam or similar software is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers and site personnel
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Full working rights in Ireland
- Experience on Irish or UK construction projects is a strong advantage
