Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling patient appointments, checking in patients, processing reports and results.
Triaging patients and taking prescription requests
Assisting with post
General administrative duties as required (filing, processing payments, photocopying, shredding, ordering etc)
Dealing with demanding patients
Requirements:
Excellent administration & organisation skills and ability to multi-task
Proficient in Word, email, typing skills
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment. Requires a high degree of professionalism and empathy in deaing with patients needs/demands.
Due to the nature of this position, adherence to strict confidentiality and data protection policies is essential.
