Due to continued expansion Print Supplies are seeking an additional Field Service Engineer to join our expert team in County Donegal. If you have a passion for hands-on technical work, great customer service skills, and enjoy being on the road, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Repair, Maintenance & Installation: Responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining photocopiers and printers at client locations.
- Preventative Maintenance: Regularly perform scheduled maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Client Support: Communicate with customers to address and resolve any technical issues efficiently.
- Installation: Install new equipment at client sites and ensure all systems are fully operational.
- IT Support: Provide basic IT support related to photocopier functions (experience in IT is essential)
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Experience working with Photocopiers and Printers is highly desirable.
- 1-2 years of IT experience is essential.
- Prior experience working with photocopiers or similar technology is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Driving License: A full, clean driving license is essential as the role requires regular travel.
- Customer Focus: Experience in customer service with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support other team members when necessary.
