Job Description
The successful candidate must have a supervisory/management qualification and good knowledge of healthcare industry. An excellent standard of English is required, with effective verbal and written communication skills. A good understanding of IT systems is also required as the role requires an amount of office based reporting and follow up.
Applicants must have a full driving licence. Must have suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.
The role involve frequent travel in county Dublin. Office is located in Dublin 5.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Carrying out assessments and introductory visits to families
- Conducting client reviews
- Supervising and supporting care staff
- Liaising with families/NOK
- Liaising with the HSE, primary care teams, PHN's etc
- Conducting risk assessment
- Assist with other duties as instructed by the Management Team
Ideal candidate will:
- Have a good understanding of Healthcare and Homecare industry
- Be a driver with full driving license
- Have an experience in staff management and staff supervision
- Be proactive with excellent communication skills

Pay: €40,000.00 per year
