We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Educator. Roscam Childcare Centre is a well-established, purpose-built facility and is one of the largest Crèches in Galway, employing 25 staff across 7 childcare rooms. We operate to consistently high standards and welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates. The minimum qualification required is a Level 5 in Childcare.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will support our early years team by:
- Ensuring a safe, caring, and engaging environment for all children
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks and general duties that help the rooms to run smoothly
Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 qualification in Childcare / Early Learning & Care
- A genuine interest in working with young children
- Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of childcare regulations and best practice
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for this role
