Barista / Café Team Member (Full-Time)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our café. Previous barista experience is preferred, but it is not essential—we are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café.
- Handle cash and card payments.
- Open and close the café when required.
- Manage daily tasks independently and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Barista experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
- Available to work full-time.
- Must be flexible to work early morning and late evening/night shifts, including weekends when required.
