To support ANKER continued growth, we ANKER currently ANKER to hire a Machining Technician / CNC Milling Operator (m/f/d) at our production facility in Bielefeld (full-time, 40 hours/week) for a single-shift operation.
Your Responsibilities
- You will program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines on your own
- You will produce prototype parts, individual parts, and small production runs based on technical drawings and specifications
- You will be responsible for fixture construction as well as the machining and modification of tools
- You perform maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on tools and equipment
- You will oversee and monitor the entire processing workflow and ensure that the required quality standards are met
- You will perform dimensional and quality inspections using standard measuring equipment
- You will work closely with colleagues in manufacturing and assembly and actively contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes
- You will perform general workshop and assembly tasks
Your Profile
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), CNC miller (m/f/d), or
, or hold a comparable qualification in the metalworking field
- Are you interested in working independently and taking initiative?
- You're passionate about precision work and modern CNC manufacturing technology
- Professional experience as a CNC miller or CNC turner is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome
- You can confidently read and implement technical drawings
- You are experienced in using measuring and testing equipment
- You are known for your meticulous, structured, and quality-oriented approach to work
- You are motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
