We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and growing business through face-to-face sales.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will spend most of your time on the road visiting businesses, developing new customer relationships, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new business opportunities within your assigned area.
- Visit prospective customers and present our products and services.
- Open new business accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate sales agreements.
- Follow up on leads and customer enquiries.
- Keep accurate records of customer visits and sales activity.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A positive, driven attitude with a passion for sales.
- Confidence in meeting new people and building lasting business relationships.
- Full, clean driving licence.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
